Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of honey, agave or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds or both
Instructions
- Gloves on, use your hands to combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. The process can get a bit messy but if you have kids, this can be a fun kitchen activity.
- let it rest in the fridge for 40mins
- Roll into small balls and drop in the cocoa powder.
- Shake well to remove the excess cocoa powder before serving.
