FOR THE SMOOTHIE
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- a handful of fresh kale ( equivalent of 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup pineapples ( frozen if possible)
- 4-5 raw cashews
- 1 cup of plant milk or coconut water
- 1 tbsp flax or chia seeds
- 2 tbsp of GF oats
FOR THE TOPPINGS( optional)
Granola, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut flakes
