Ingredients

FOR THE SMOOTHIE

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • a handful of fresh kale ( equivalent of 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup pineapples ( frozen if possible)
  • 4-5  raw cashews
  • 1 cup of plant milk or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp flax or chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of GF oats

FOR THE TOPPINGS( optional)

Granola, sunflower or pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

Simply blend all the smoothie ingredients together in a high speed blender. For a more delicious texture, make sure the bananas and the pineapples are frozen.
