Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cold ice green tea
  • 1 frozen banana
  • a handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of any plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or agave
  • splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Mix everything in a high speed blender & serve immediately!
