Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 cup of greek yogurt ( you can sub with any plant-based yogurt you like )
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 organic free-range eggs
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 full teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and/or blueberries
- *Optional: 1 tablespoon of honey or coconut sugar for more sweetness but trust me the unsweetened version is perfect!!
Instructions
- Mix everything in your blender, then add the chocolate chips. 1 quick stirr using your spatula and you are ready to bake it in the oven at 180C for 25mins or until golden from the outside & a toothpick comes out clean
- It’s THAT SIMPLE!
