A super fast & guilt-free breakfast option that is a success with kids too!
2 cups of oats
1 cup of greek yogurt ( you can sub with any plant-based yogurt you like )
2 ripe bananas
2 organic free-range eggs
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 full teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and/or blueberries
*Optional: 1 tablespoon of honey or coconut sugar for more sweetness but trust me the unsweetened version is perfect!!
Mix everything in your blender, then add the chocolate chips. 1 quick stirr using your spatula and you are ready to bake it in the oven at 180C for 25mins or until golden from the outside & a toothpick comes out clean
