Ingredients
- 1 cup of oat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup almond/coconut milk
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips (70% or above)
- 1 organic egg
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- some vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together, and wet ingredients in a different bowl, then combine well.
- Add the chocolate chips once the mixture is done and give a quick toss.
- Use a bit of coconut oil in your pan and flip those pancakes away! – a couple of tablespoons of batter per pancake
- Enjoy with maple syrup, and any kind of fruits you like!
