Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

-1/3 cup cacao powder
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-3/4 cup coconut sugar
-1 cup oat flour
-1 cup of 70% dark chocolate chips

Wet Ingredients

-2 tablespoons almond butter
-4 tablespoons chickpeas can water ( you heard that right!)
-1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
-1/2 cup of coconut milk

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips & set aside. make sure no flour lumps are present.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Combine dry & wet ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  • On a baking sheet form 12 even balls from the dough and gently press to flatten it a little bit.
  • Bake at 180C until the cookie becomes crispy on the outside & just a bit moist from the inside. This should take about 12 mins depending on your oven.
