Grain-Free tahini brownies

This recipe was made using organic free-range eggs, but you can substitute with flax egg instead.

Ingredients

-1 cup tahini⁣
-1/2 cup coconut sugar⁣
-1/4 cup honey or maple syrup or agave⁣
-2 eggs or 2 flax eggs⁣
-pinch of vanilla⁣
-1/3 cup cacao powder⁣
-1 tbsp of flour ( any kind will do, we used coconut flour)⁣
-1/2 tsp baking soda⁣
-1/4 tsp salt⁣
-1/3 cup chocolate chips⁣

Instructions

-Preheat the oven at 180 C & line a square brownie pan with parchment paper⁣
-In a large bowl, combine the tahini, coconut sugar, honey, eggs & vanilla until smooth.⁣
-Add the cacao powder, flour & baking soda & mix well. The batter will be rather thick.⁣
-Finally fold in the chocolate chips & give a final mix.⁣
– Pour the batter in the pan, smooth it using a spatula & bake for about 25mins until a toothpick comes out almost clean.⁣
