These popsicles are so easy to make and so good for you too!

Ingredients

  • 1 full cup of berries of choice
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream or greek yogurt ( if you eat dairy)
  • 2 tbsp of sweetener ( maples, agave or honey)

 

Instructions

  • Just blend a handful of your favorite fruit, i used berries and bananas with organic greek yogurt or coconut cream, a dash of honey or maple syrup and combine well in your moulds.
  • You can also add a few whole fruits inside the mixture.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours & enjoy!
