Ingredients
1 full cup of berries of choice
2 bananas
2 tbsp coconut cream or greek yogurt ( if you eat dairy)
2 tbsp of sweetener ( maples, agave or honey)
Instructions
Just blend a handful of your favorite fruit, i used berries and bananas with organic greek yogurt or coconut cream, a dash of honey or maple syrup and combine well in your moulds.
You can also add a few whole fruits inside the mixture.
