Ingredients
1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of chopped almonds
3 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup of unsweetened peanut butter
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
2 tablespoons of honey, agave or maple syrup
1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds or both
Instructions
Gloves on, use your hands to combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. The process can get a bit messy but if you have kids, this can be a fun kitchen activity.
let it rest in the fridge for 40mins
Roll into small balls and drop in the cocoa powder.
Shake well to remove the excess cocoa powder before serving.
