Ingredients
- 2.5 cups of gluten free oat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of water
Instructions
- Mix the flour with baking powder & the salt in a large bowl.
- Gradually start incorporating the water and mix well.
- Add the oil & mix again until you get a non-sticky dough. You may need to add a bit more flour to get that consistency.
- Divide the dough into 5 small rolls and use your rolling stick to flatten them out ( you need to add flour at the bottom to prevent it from sticking or parchment paper)
- Put the flattened dough on a baking sheet, top with zaatar & olive oil & into the oven until the crust becomes a little bit crispy.
